In accordance with the Church Representation Rules we are revising our Church Electoral Rolls in preparation for our forthcoming Annual Parochial Church Meetings. The Church Electoral Roll is your parish church’s register of electors and is the list of those qualified to attend and to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting in the elections for the Parochial Church Council.
Only those not already on the Electoral Rolls need to apply. You can view our current Rolls here. If you wish to apply, you can do so online here. Alternatively, you can download an application form and return to Beth Sinclair, Benefice Administrator, c/o The Vicarage, Church Road, Chadlington, Oxon. OX7 3LY. Applications for each Church Electoral Roll must be received by the following dates:
Chadlington – 9 April
Ascott – 23 April
Spelsbury – 16 April
Enstone – 30 April
