Every parish is legally required to hold an Annual Parish Meeting to elect Churchwardens and an Annual Parochial Church Meeting to conduct other parish business, including to elect members to the Parish Church Council; to review the finances and the workings of the parish over the previous calendar year. The meeting can also raise issues for the PCC to consider during the coming year.

Our APCMs this year will be held on the following dates:

Spelsbury – Thursday 2nd May at 7.30 pm
Chadlington – Sunday 12th May at 11.15 am
Enstone – Sunday 19th May at 11.15 am
Ascott – Sunday 26th May at 11.15 am

We encourage all members of our Electoral Rolls to attend these important meetings in the life of our parishes and Benefice.

Details of each of these meetings is posted below, including nomination forms for the election of Churchwardens and PCC members. We will shortly be publishing our APCM reports and accounts and  minutes of the APCMs held in 2023 and links to these will be posted over the coming days – they will appear as green text below.
