In accordance with the Church Representation Rules we are revising our Church Electoral Rolls in preparation for our forthcoming Annual Parochial Church Meetings. The Church Electoral Roll is your parish church’s register of electors and is the list of those qualified to attend and to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting in the elections for the Parochial Church Council. Annual Parochial Church Meetings 2023
Every parish is legally required to hold an Annual Parish Meeting to elect Churchwardens and an Annual Parochial Church Meeting to conduct other parish business, including to elect members to the Parish Church Council; to review the finances and the workings of the parish over the previous calendar year. The meeting can also raise issues for the PCC to consider during the coming year.
